Product details
- Describe identity, variety, grade, origin, packaging, minimum quantity, seasonality, lead time, storage, and other material specifications accurately.
- Clearly identify whether pricing is fixed, indicative, conditional, or available only by inquiry, and update pricing and availability when they change.
- State certifications and regulatory claims precisely and maintain evidence supporting any claim.
- Do not list counterfeit, adulterated, unsafe, recalled, prohibited, stolen, infringing, or unlawfully traded products.
Images, flyers, and other content
Product images, logos, flyers, descriptions, and documents must represent the offered product and may not conceal material facts. The seller must own the content or have permission to use and license it to USFoodTrader for platform operation and promotion.
Food safety and trade compliance
Sellers remain responsible for applicable production, handling, storage, traceability, recall, labeling, allergen, food safety, facility, import, export, customs, sanctions, and destination-market requirements. Publication, review, or verification by USFoodTrader is not government approval or a guarantee of compliance.
Inquiries and quotations
Respond professionally and without deceptive urgency or off-platform misuse of buyer information. Confirm availability, quantity, quality, specifications, certifications, price, logistics, and commercial terms before treating a quotation as final. Protect information received through the marketplace and use it only for the requested business purpose.
