Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited accounts and activity

• Fraud, impersonation, fake accounts, false company affiliations, or deceptive identity information.
• Illegal trade, sanctions evasion, money laundering, bribery, trafficking, or activity that violates applicable law.
• Fake, misleading, unsafe, recalled, counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or unauthorized product listings.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
• Uploading malware, malicious files, hidden executable content, or material intended to compromise another system.
• Unauthorized scraping, harvesting, automated account creation, excessive requests, reverse engineering, security probing, or circumvention of technical controls.
• Misusing another user's confidential, personal, company, inquiry, or contact information.
• Infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Enforcement

USFoodTrader may remove content, restrict workflows, request verification, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report conduct to affected parties or authorities when reasonably appropriate. Attempts to evade enforcement are separate violations.

Reporting concerns

Report suspected fraud, unsafe listings, abuse, security issues, or other violations through the Contact page. Include relevant URLs or identifiers without sending sensitive credentials.
