Product descriptions, origin, ingredients, allergens, grades, certifications, facility information, labels, images, and supporting documents are generally supplied by sellers or other marketplace participants. No government endorsement
A listing, company verification, publication, or reference to FDA-related services does not mean that a product is FDA-approved, FDA-certified, inspected, compliant, safe, or endorsed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other government authority. Claims must be evaluated against the rules that apply to the specific product, facility, shipment, and destination.
Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for product safety and legality; accurate labeling and claims; allergen, ingredient, traceability, recall, handling, storage, and facility requirements; required registrations, permits, certificates, and records; and applicable import, export, customs, sanctions, and destination-market requirements.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers should independently verify products and counterparties, request current evidence, assess destination-market requirements, arrange appropriate sampling or inspection, and obtain qualified regulatory, customs, food-safety, tax, and legal advice before purchasing or importing.
Separately arranged assistance
Tomasino Farms or another provider may separately offer regulatory or trade assistance. The scope, responsibilities, and terms of that work must be confirmed in a separate arrangement and should not be inferred from marketplace access alone.
