Buyer Terms
Inquiry, due-diligence, and transaction responsibilities for buyers.
Last Updated: September 18, 2026
Accurate requests
Buyers must submit truthful contact, company, sourcing, RFQ, quantity, destination, timing, and specification information. Do not submit inquiries without a genuine business purpose or use marketplace communications for spam, harvesting, or competitive interference.
Due diligence
Buyers are responsible for evaluating the seller, product, samples, origin, specifications, quality controls, certifications, inspection needs, regulatory status, logistics, insurance, and commercial terms. Platform review or company verification does not replace independent due diligence.
Quotes and availability
Listings and quotations may be indicative and subject to crop conditions, seasonality, inventory, volume, destination, currency, freight, inspection, and final confirmation. Buyers should not rely on a listing as a guaranteed offer or reservation of goods.
Communications and transactions
Use seller information only for the inquiry or transaction for which it was provided. Keep confidential information secure and communicate professionally. The current website does not process payment or provide online checkout; transactions and payments are arranged separately and require independent verification of counterparties and instructions.
