Platform materials
USFoodTrader's software, interface, branding, site copy, compilations, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as allowed by law or written permission, users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create competing materials from protected platform content.
User-uploaded content
Users retain their rights in product images, company logos, flyers, descriptions, certificates, and other submitted materials. By uploading content, a user confirms that the user owns it or has all permissions needed to use it and to grant USFoodTrader the license described in the Terms of Service.
Respecting third-party rights
Do not upload counterfeit branding, copied photographs, unauthorized catalogs, misleading certification marks, or other material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights. Content may be limited or removed while a concern is reviewed.
Reporting an IP concern
Use the Contact page and identify the protected work or mark, the specific USFoodTrader URL or content at issue, the basis for the claim, your contact details, and your authority to act. Include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized and that the information supplied is accurate. USFoodTrader may request additional verification before acting.
Repeat or abusive claims
USFoodTrader may restrict repeat infringers. Knowingly false, abusive, or materially misleading reports may result in account action and other remedies available under applicable law.
